fixing variable headers #9

(1) we need to cut out "inmate name" since we removed the values themselves; otherwise there's an extra title in the beginning and it makes it so that the data ends up under the wrong titles; and (2) we need titles for the crime-related variables. I'm filling these in in the excel spreadsheet I'm using for now - we can just transfer those over. :)

The output csv seems to still have the old headers. If the code's been fixed, will running it and creating a new output file fix the problem?
