Not sure if this is perfect, but it's an improvement. The PPA reference was removed because the workrave-gnome package is needed on recent Ubuntu with or without PPA. Other systems might package things differently though.

I could have switched themes to light colored before screenshot, but I like dark themes and stuck with it.
