Can't download Workrave at all #25

So on https://workrave.org/download/ I go to click on Windows and literally nothing happens. It flashes up the following link https://workrave.org/download/#windows in the bottom left hand corner. I then tried putting that link https://workrave.org/download/#windows in a new browser window, and it brings up a page that looks identical to https://workrave.org/download/ but nothing downloads. Workrave 1.10.50 looks like the version that should download.

The windows edition on my PC is Windows 10 Enterprise. It's a work machine and I don't have administrator rights. Could this or something else my employer has put in place be blocking this download link from working? Normally I can download things, even if I have to ask the IT team to install.

You need to click on the link below: v1.10.50 for Windows

I will check if I can make this more clear.
