Windows 10 Voice Recognition is treated as computer usage. #401

Describe the bug Using the built-in Windows 10 Voice Recognition is treated as computer usage in Workrave 1.10.49

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Start Windows Voice recognition and dictate into a program such as wordpad. Micro-break and rest break timers will continue to tick up even though the statistics do not show keypresses or mouse movement.

Expected behavior Workrave should treat the computer as idle since neither mouse nor keyboard is in use and should not be counting down to micro or rest breaks.

The "alternate monitor" may be a solution: https://workrave.org/docs/settings/timers/#monitoring (Workrave needs to be restarted after changing this settings)
