I added some new functionality which should help Workrave be used by EWW, as well as some refactoring and comments to make the workrave-break-info.py more straightforward to edit, should one wish to add new output formats to it in the future for other bars or scriptable widgets.

I hope I'm not too impatient for asking this, but is there anything needed at my end for this pull request to be merged? My last two pull requests were merged surprisingly quickly, so I was wondering if there was something missing in this pull request that might be holding something up.
