Workrave is a program that assists in the recovery and prevention of Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI). The program frequently alerts you to take micro-pauses, rest breaks and restricts you to your daily limit.
I set the break duration for micro break to 20 seconds, trying 20-20-20. But if I stare at the screen for over 20 seconds without moving my mouse or just talk to someone for a while, the timer resets. And I find it's hard to trigger this micro break. How can I prevent this? Or maybe it needs another setting like 'reset duration' or 'need auto reset'.
