Show the timers status in the tray icon tooltip #584

Right now, the tray icon tooltip only says

workrave

It could instead say:

Workrave Microbreak: 4:30 Restbreak: 17:00 Daily limit: 3:25:59

Distribution: Manjaro
Desktop Environment: KDE Plasma 6.1.5

That's what my tooltip already says.

Is it possible you disabled this in the settings somewhere? Or maybe this is a bug. Can anyone else confirm? I'm running Windows 10 and this seems to work here.

I should have mentioned it's on Linux, so I guess it's Linux specific.
