What is needed?

Create a Table of Contents that links key areas of Part 1 to make it easy to navigate.

One question. If i do the ones for the other parts, do they also count as individual pull/merge requests? Or does this all count as 1??

@DanielZhang111 I would really prefer multiple people participate by assigning different people to each task.
