What is needed?

Create a Table of Contents that links key areas of Part 5 to make it easy to navigate.

@rcallaby , Could you create an issue where I could add a table of contents to another file such as the Contributing.md file. I know how to create table of contents however when i went to check all of them had been done, thanks!

No, there is no reason to create a Table of Contents for the contributing.md file. Feel free to search github for other repositories that have "good first issue" on them.

I am not going to create busy work for the sake of busy work.
