Hacktoberfest participation

A few issues here have the Hacktoberfest labels, which is great, but the repo does not have the Hacktoberfest topic added to it, so when people make a PR, they are not given credit for Hacktoberfest.

Please add the HACKTOBERFEST topic to the repo OR add HACKTOBERFEST-ACCEPTED labels to merged PRs that were made in response to Hacktoberfest issues. Specifically:

Are you sure about that? Because all of the documentation I have read says that is really not needed and it can take up to seven days for contributions to be counted.

You can see it says this repo is not participating.

This is the part that says you either need the topic or the label.

You see you could've just simply asked me to add the hacktoberfest-accepted label.

I can assure you in the future this won't be an issue as this is the first and very last time I participate in hacktoberfest.

I apologize for any inconvenience my previous messages may have caused. My intent was purely to ensure that contributors receive recognition for their efforts during Hacktoberfest, and I didn't mean to come across as demanding or critical.

I truly appreciate your willingness to participate in Hacktoberfest and understand that managing a repository, especially during such events, can be quite demanding. I am grateful for your time and effort in addressing the issue, and I am sorry for any frustration I may have caused.

Thank you once again for your time and for considering my request. I appreciate your support towards the open-source community.
