snerp should read SVN::Analysis dumps rather than try to analyze repositories itself. The main benefit of breaking the process into three tools is to do a lot of the redecorating (snanalyze, snassign-gui) before the heavy lifting (snerp).
This should make the whole process go faster. At least it speeds up debugging.
Resolving this should also get SV closer to resolving a couple branching related tickets.
