Added a new configuration option to set the default IMAP folder #13

Once I had imported all my feeds, every one configured to go to the default folder, I wanted a way to change all of them to a gmail tag instead of INBOX, so changed the default folder using a new config parameter

I guess the "Reader Apocalipsis" will bring a lot of us back from the dead :) I'm tryng some alternatives to Feedly, and fearing the moment I have to take a look back into Newspipe code... I'm sure that will be so sad and ugly...

Well, nothing dealing with RSS is pretty :) I must confess I did look into newspipe and considered using the code for inline images, but eventually decided it wouldn't be very useful with mobile MUAs.

Then I picked up Aaron's original code from an archive, looked around for a newer version, and hacked it into something I could use (and am still using) in an hour or so.

Check out bottle-fever too, I'm revamping as time permits to be a slightly different thing - a better parallel fetcher, and a fallback web UI. Multi-user, too. :)
