Rather than always using INBOX for feeds with no per-feed folder specified, it should be possible to define a default folder, similar to the default email address.

Code which knows that the first entry in the feed list might be a string and if so it's the default email address is all over the place, and horrid ;-)

Feel free to clean that up and submit a pull request. I'm cleaning up other stuff first...
