docs: add vimdoc initial line #184

In order to have proper addition to LOCAL ADDITIONS:, this initial line needs to be added.

Thanks for the PR! However the docs are generated from the code so this change would be overwritten. I've been meaning to migrate the generation script anyway so included this within the changes :smile:
