I share my LazyVim (Nvim v0.9.5) config between 3 computers - MacOS Sonoma 14.3.1, Ubuntu Workstation 22.04, and 2 Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS workstations. On all three, when I have notify enabled, notifications pop up and stay on top and prevent me from doing anything else for at least 15 seconds, and in at least one case for several minutes. Is it possible I have a misconfiguration?
