131 modify signatures of gsva generic and methods for new api #132

resolves #131

the signature of the gsva() generic and methods is modified to match the new API
the corresponding documentation is updated accordingly

The following will become irrelevant when the defunct old API will be removed in the next release, but for now

the signatures of the defunct methods of the old API have to be adapted as well
the corresponding documentation of the defunct old API is updated to be as clear as possible and as complete as necessary to keep R CMD check happy
