"Forbidden ..." message from plantuml default server due to diagram's size limitation.
To Reproduce
Having a plantuml text diagram between 15000<char<30000.
Because above 30000, it's the local plantuml.jar used and above jarvis used HTTP request to http://www.plantuml.com/plantuml/svg/.
Expected behavior
Good generation of the diagram

Additional context
Before no such errors have been seen and this limits have already been tested.
Is it a changed from plantuml itself or url length limitation from chrome ?
