Jarvis is now using PlantUml PicoWebServer to generate diagrams.
They are displayed as long as PicoWebServer is running, but are not displayed anymore when PicoWebServer is stopped.
However HTML extract of the notebook needs to display them.

Reintroduce local diagram storage as an option configured in a dedicated Jarvis configuration file
Log file storage will be also an option
