Separate library functions from test functions
Identify test related to issues from test related to feature development

Describe the test you'd like

Add a new file "test_lib" to define library functions
Test related to issues are defined in a dedicated file named "testissue\<number>" where \<number> is the issue number

Describe alternatives you've considered None
