Thanks to #73 we are able to import requirement. Now we need to check the consistency of these requirements against the whole system analysis.

Add a new command to ask Jarvis to analyze the requirements against the whole system analysis.
During this analysis Jarvis must be able to take decisions or to ask the user to about a decision to take ("yes" / "no" answer)
