Package should also be installable using adaptivehtml #5

Seems like npm will not allow a submission of adaptivehtml as package name, which makes sense since it's similar to the existing name and anyone else could do it, hence the fact I wanna do it. Problem is it does not seem to be installable via the similar names like adaptivehtml instead of adaptive-html

npm currently does not provide guidance as to similar package names in case of typo and does not offer option to install the correct package name if available among similar package names
