Allow CentOS Public Cloud deployments #177

Allows CentOS deployments by installing the RDO kernel. Requires this pull request to be accepted first, though: https://github.com/rcbops/support-tools/pull/33

The required pull request has been merged. This one should be good to go now.

I am merging this. We need to look at the Centos 6.5 kernel. I believe that they pulled in all the RDO kernel modules into the kernel for 6.5 so we no longer need this functionality.
