Currently Jenkins attempts to merge all PRs into master. This is not sensible for backports

Should be fixed by https://github.com/rcbops/jenkins-rpc/pull/61 Will monitor a few jobs then close this issue.

This process is now working, failures are due to genuine issues that need backports. (Galera start issues that were recently fixed in master)
