HPE DL380 Gen9 BIOS Update (3.04) #207

HPE updated it's BIOS version from 3.02 to 3.04 on 2022-11-08:

Having issues downloading firmware atm, will update issue with md5sum once resolved.

Request to update update_hp_firmware.py script, both master & ansible-eol branches to accommodate.
