Allow specifying the ansible-role-requirements file #14

Previously the arr file was hardcoded to ansible-role-requirements.yml

This commit allows a user to specify a different filename, but leaves the default as before.

This requires the companion change in https://github.com/major/osa_differ/pull/17/commits/5fe8c1c8b2cac83b202e65372e6eff13554ffecf
