PID file created by rpcdaemon is world writeable #9

A customer running RPC 4.2.2 on RHEL hosts has identified that the PID file being created by the rpcdaemon (/var/run/rpcdaemon.pid) is world-writeable. They are requesting either a justification for why this file is world writeable, or an update to resolve the issue.

Indeed this could be a serious issue. I'll work on getting this fixed and tested, then rebuild the package.
