Add note in README describing how to fork-n-go and include link to fork-n-go site for reference.

Would these steps be enough?

  1. Create a github account.
  2. Fork the rcc-uchicago/submit repository.
  3. Make and commit changes to the client files in the gh-pages branch.
  4. Website will be live at "http://username.github.io/repository", where username is your github username (originally "rcc-uchicago") and repository is the name that you give your forked repository (originally "submit"). Visit fork-n-go for more information.
