Unknown error "subfiles.cls" missing #13

I can make the template work on overleaf, but my disseration is too large to compile on overleaf. Using either texworks or visual studio I get the following error whenever I try to compile:

"! LaTeX Error: File `subfiles.sty' not found."

Do you know where I can download the subfiles.sty file?
