Closes #11

Fixed Generalized Iteration Error by explicitly setting generalized_iterators[inst] to nil upon encountering LUA_GENERALIZED_TERMINATOR.
Fixed aux overflow in FORGLOOP.
Corrected the direct call to stack[A] with it.
Localized global bit32 functions.
