Thank you for reporting. The fact that you couldn't reproduce the problem means it only happened once?

Yep, I remember this from the old times when I was developing RCE, there were limited number of Windows handles for loading resources like icons, but I can't find any old issues regarding that topic. This is just a heads-up for your what's happening out there in the wild.
