Docs for NAG libs Mark 30.0.0 installed & tested on Stanage.

@Carldkennedy can you check this please and merge if happy.

Also please orchestrate the removal of the non-working NAG installations (on Stanage) otherwise we will have people loading these and getting into trouble. Thank you.
