Fix output of Get-TargetResource for cVMSwitch #24

Fixes several issues in cVMSwitch Get-TargetResource:

all properties declared in mof are always returned;
returned properties have correct data types;
some property mismatches are corrected.

Thanks for the contribution. I have been just sitting on a bunch of modifications. BTW, this repo is not updated anymore since I moved the resources individual modules. HyperVDSC is where all Hyper-V resources will be.

I see. Should I submit the same changes there too, then? And are you planning to release HyperVDSC on PSGallery?
