Can somebody convert into a SINGLE HTML or MD format file so that this version can be edited and updated using github's pull requests in the future?

It would be nice to have an accompanying blurb that explains what this document reflects, as well.

@TrenchFloat Thank your for your offer!! I don't have a budget for this and Coop have ceased all bounties for now.

@n10n I thought, since the austerity measure go into effect today (Nov 1), that October bounties would still be rewarded. Have you heard otherwise?

@TrenchFloat I really don't have a visibility into bounties program. Sorry! Created a html version https://github.com/rchain/board/blob/master/BoardResolutionSummary.html but don't know how to display in Github which show as a code. May be embed within Markdown file in someway.
