Block 30-Minutes in next Thursday hangout to setup the social ledger trial by mapping the teams and roles into mattermost instance. Evaluation of the trial and social ledge 2.0 work is included here.

This is in progress @David405 but has somewhat stalled.

The experimental design is not complete. There has been testing but no regular use yet. Facilitators are need to help onboard channels. Formalizing the onboarding process is in progress in cooperation with DigLife and the RChain welcome working group. The evaluation process is yet to be designed.

RChain will record the social leger of our interactions and how they are processed. Each activity in a team, in a domain, in an organization, or among organizations defines the graph of our organization. Each of these contexts introduces a namespace and is yet to be formalized. Our aim is to make the social ledger 2.0 RChain ready such that the it may be seamlessly moved on to RChain. The trial can inform us of the requirements for the social ledger in RChain. This activity can be formalized.

@jimscarver who should take the baton and head up this task? I'm afraid I have little knowledge of the potential candidates to lead this issue.

Social ledger work is progressing slowly. When ready I plan to introduce an experiment in governance etc. Everyone is busy so I am looking for some new blood to bring into the process. Developers, developer wannabees, facilitators, evaluators, leaders, ... The feedback on demonstration of the prototype was inspiring. Point anyone who might be interested to the trial doc

This is not dead yet, many encourage this issue but few have engaged. A lack of facilitators stalled the trial effort #113. We are experimenting with RChain use of the social ledger prototype for formal working groups that have facilitators.

We are investigating the potential of working group statements of work with the coop employing the social ledger prototype for transparency while enabling self organization and building the group memory. Challenges include enhanced reporting and visualizations, coordination with coop values and structure, immediate spot RHOC/REV price payment on expenses and task completion and the design of social ledger 2.0.

What does the finish line look like for this issue? Some time for brainstorming is OK, but this was opened nearly a year ago.
