@ICA3DaR5 it's work in progress. For quality purpose, @lapin7 mentioned the other day in a different issue that native speakers only should take part in translation work . Which makes sense. As a native speaker of french, I don't see a non native speaker editing and reviewing my work.

I don't understand why I was assigned to this issue.

As to chiming in... I don't understand why the "why this document?" section of https://github.com/rchain/bounties/blob/master/ISSUE_TEMPLATE.md doesn't suffice.

@dckc Definitely suffice. But why should people bombard @MParlikar @Jake-Gillberg and Kelly with questions on endorsement? We can list those files here and make this a proper document.

I suggest moving the list to the wiki... or a checked-in file, if you want a higher level of review for changes.
