The support of RChain is incredibly powerful, and Jonathan K. (RChain Director of Business Development) has been in Asia for the better part of this summer. Jonathan is looking to formalize and expand the activities in Asia, by (potentially) setting up an "RChain Asia" sub-entity for the Coop.
The first major milestone towards that end is the creation of a proposal for consideration of the board & membership. Members (primarily @ddayan and me, but also @cool007zqw @zsluedem and @Mervyn853 ) have been involved in the creation of a tentative proposal.
Measure of completion:
[x] Part I: A tentative plan will be submitted / has been submitted by Jonathan to the Coop internally either today or any day now.
[ ] Part II: If all goes well: Finalised plan submitted to the board for consideration (expected 1st half September)
Suggested budget:
Part I: $1,500 (=August)
Part II: $1,000 (=Expected for September)

Task Submitter shall not submit Tasks that will involve RHOC being transacted in any manner that (i) jeopardizes RHOC’s status as a software access token or other relevant and applicable description of the RHOC as an “asset”—not a security— or (2) violates, in any manner, applicable U.S. Securities laws.
