Description: github supports automated checks for pull requests. How about a check based on some state kept in RChain?
Motivation/Impact/Importance: coordinate github pages publication and other workflows using decentralized coordination offered by RChain
Completion/Success Criteria: develop an approval contract and demonstrate a github check based on the state of that contract
Bonus points: non-trivial governance in the approval contract: approval by at least 3 people? payment of at least 2 REV? etc.
