Page for partners #14

Need to add to partners in some way.

@n10n I'm not clear what you're looking for here. What partners do you want to talk about? Can you suggest where that material might fit on the website?

Is this related to the discussion in #15 ?

Haven't heard anything back about this, so I'm closing it as duplicate of #15

We need to include, three main partners Pyrofex, Pithia and Reflective in the first part and then include portfolio companies that are signed by Pithia and Reflective to built their product on the top of RChain.

This page should include a bit of information about these companies and link and if you can collect some testimonial about why they are working with RChain would be an idea to include there.
