@ian-bloom I'm afraid this occurs in more than one place in the code. I'm pretty sure @jimscarver knows where they are.

In today's meeting, @leithaus requested that the staff run a mock election. @ian-bloom agreed to do it on Monday, with help from @jimscarver . @jimscarver noted his availability is limited, but offered 4pm ET , if not before, as a sync point.
