Remove "Portfolio" from Nav of Root Co-op page #130

@TheoXD suggested changing "Portfolio" page to "Showcase", and list projects there such as Dappy.

132 commented out "Portfolio" from Navigation bar of rchain.coop

(to be replaced with new "Showcase" page)

Met with Greg, Rao, Darryl, Steve H., Lilia about this yesterday. Decided not to go this route and instead publish a more text-based "Ecosystem" page similar to https://ethereum.org/dapps/. I should have a re viewable PR published later this week.
