Showcase Page - Proposal version #130

kept page logic with Portfolio route and changed name to Showcase
Shall we change the route to /showcase and do a permanent redirect?
_please check copy text for syntax and semantics
_agree on copyright symbol for Rchain?
_the grid probably needs a height alliance but for now it works just fine
This is my proposal, I don't know if you are working on another but I saw it on the issues and made an option
