Sentence case for acronyms #15

Is there a way to capitilize the first letter of the acronym if it's the first word of the sentence? If the acronyms ci is confidence interval and if the sentence starts with \acr{ci} it should be Confidence interval.

It would be very helpful to be able to specify case (upper, lower, sentence, first letter uppercase) 👍
