Added features following BreizhCamp 2013

This pull request is a bit messy as it contains several features I have added for running the session at BreizhCamp:

Weather questions with variable number of points depending on accuracy of answer
Timeout on answers
Events logging to external file
Minor improvements in UI
Load/save questions list
