landing page & more beauty updates

1. I made a separate landing page. Soon as you start the web-app it should take you over here. The landing page also has links to the login page and the signup page.
2. Added a favicon
3. Minor beautification updates to the login/sign up page (just put the navbar)
4. Minor beauty updates to the home page (let me know if you guys like it or not 3:55 in the morning and I'm half asleep)
5. Will be adding more soon
