Grid menu icon and action overlap in IE8 #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load a grid
2. Click on Header menu
3. Menu actions and icons are overlapped

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Icons and name of the menu should not overlap

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IE8,ext 2.2.1,windows

Please provide any additional information below.
It was works properly for 2.0 extjs

I'm testing everything with Firefox 3 and Chrome 2 for now, in your screenshot 
I see 
also another problem in IE8: grid headers have not the correct height.
I will try to fix it soon.
