InternCompass had good stuff to say too, namely:

Facebook ad campaigns generated lots of traffic
Raffling Amazon gift cards - to be entered in you have to contribute a review, so this could be helpful for our platform. To be entered in maybe they'd have to contribute some job info or a review on Oasis.
Posting on r/uwaterloo and related University subreddits (only r/uwaterloo applies for us)
