Bug: Trending scroll state is off #46

Repro:

start on trending tab
click off to My Jobs or My Comments
click back to trending tab

You end up scrolled down in the list of jobs for some reason.

@rclarey any idea what's going on here?

yeah its a quirk of the main content css + the router which tries to scroll new content into view when it transitions. I have it fixed locally on my Job Page branch
