Display calculated model values on static feature pages #27

For example, make the segment display length, cumulative elevation gain, etc.

When I was on the plane I planned a content-order for the info page and then coded a rough wireframey version of it. I just pushed that here: https://github.com/rclark/tucson-trailguide/commit/ea19b88cd3edeea6701e4bc0c0de467f4243ad52.

The first phase is to replace all that dummy content with real fields and calculated values.

Forgot to mention: I was building mobile-first, so the "rough wireframey" template is intended to make sense at ~320-480px wide.
