All of a sudden your much-needed app is not working. I noticed it stopped working when I clicked on any link within Windows 11's widgets, nothing opens: not the redirect to Chrome nor MS Edge?
I then, per your suggestion, I did the following: "Run microsoft-edge:https://google.com using the Windows + R keys. If that is not properly redirected, file a bug report!"
That resulted in a pop-up error: "Windows cannot find 'microsoft-edge:https://google.com'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and try again."

I uninstalled and reinstalled Edge and the redirect is somewhat working within Windows 11's widgets. When I click on the weather, the redirect works fine and takes me to weather.com on Chrome, but any news story opens Chrome but then Chrome displays and warning that I am being redirected. The below is what I get when clicking on a "Business Insider" story (which should open Chrome and take me to businessinsider.com but instead results in the warning below)
