When msedgeredirect is running, screen saver settings cannot be accessed. #287

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch the MSEdgeRedirect.exe
  2. Go to Settings > Personalization > Lock screen, and select Screen saver settings.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Settings window opens.

❌ Actual Behavior

Settings window does not open.

EDIT: MSEdgeRedirects version is 0.7.4.0

[Display adapter properties for display 1] does not open.

Should be fixed in the latest test build. Sorry about the delay
